HOTEL POLICIES
(Please understand our policies are binding and cannot be changed
under any reason but highly exceptional circumstances)
Deposit Policy: Minimum deposit is $300.00
(US) unless 20% is more. Visa, Master Card and American Express
Credit Cards are accepted. We do not accept personal checks. Payment
is due upon arrival and is non-refundable.
Fort Recovery Resorts Cancellation
Policy
Between April 15th to December
17th:
Bookings may be cancelled by notice given no later than 90 days
before your arrival date. If notice is failed to be given on the
90th day or prior, you will be charged the full amount due for the
entire stay period booked.
Between December 18th to April 14th:
Due to the fact this is our busiest season, if you cancel any booking
for this period, between December 18th and April 14th, you will
be charged the full amount due for your stay. No deposits will be
refunded for booking made for this period. If there is an emergency,
please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to resell
your space, we will gladly credit your payment towards a future
stay with us at Fort Recovery Villas.
