Accommodation policy
The maximum number of persons allowed per room is three (3).
Children under twelve years of age are complimentary (room only) in their parent's room.
Cribs are available on request.
During the period April 15th through December 21st, we will offer a 50% reduction in the rate on the second room for children up to the age of 12 accompanying their parents.
Maximum occupancy for the second room is three children and this offer is subject to black out periods.

Deposit and Cancellation policy
A three-night deposit is required to confirm all reservations at time of booking. The full deposit will be forfeited if bookings are cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival in Winter and less than 14 days in Summer.
For the festive season a three-night deposit is required to confirm all reservations at time of booking, full pre-payment is required within October 1st 2007.
The full payment will be forfeited if bookings are cancelled after October 1st, 2007.
