All houses have the same floor plans and differ only in so far as they reflect the individual owner's tastes and interests. They all have 3 bedrooms with AC and fans and each bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king or queen size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, the third has one just beside it. Each house has its own pool. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have french windows leading on to verandahs and the open-air dining area.	Master Bedroom
The living room offers cable-television, stereo (VCR's may be rented upon request) and a bar which opens on to the pool and garden. A barbecue is provided. The villas all sleep 6 comfortably. Fold away cot/crib/play pens are available too. Each house is prepared for you by a friendly local housekeeper who will come every day of your stay from 9:30 to 11:30am except on Sundays. Should you require the housekeeper on a Sunday, you can arrange this at an additional charge.	Verandah dining table
Local meals and babysitting can be arranged with the housekeeper directly for an additional reasonable charge (current babysitting rates are TTD$20.00 per hour plus taxi fare home - depending on time of day/night may vary - and TTD$60.00 or so per meal, depending on the number of persons. Make arrangements directly with the housekeeper and confirm rates in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Should you require the housekeeper less frequently, this can also be arranged.	Living Room
